Name: Marlia Letle
Faction: Dauntless
Roleplay Sample: The ground vibrated, loud and hollow and quick, and the sky was as dark as the hair of the female Dauntless that sat against the wall of the quick train, her legs pulled up to her chest to keep warmth against her. A few twinkling stars shimmered afar, but the girl didn't notice. As the train blazed on, she sat and thought, about how her heart found no destination; her need to be selfless, intelligent, honest, fight the right battles and otherwise be peaceful, and most of all, the life she now owned, to be brave. Marlia had never felt like she really belonged anywhere, but the idea of being able to complete challenging tasks and to be known as crazy for her stunts. And she was, by most. As the train slowed, Marlia stood, shivering slightly at the chill. She readied herself to jump, and as the roof of the entrance to the Dauntless came into view, she felt the ache and the sweet memory of the rush of wind, a long decent, and a springy net to soften her fall, all from the first time she set foot in Dauntless. And then she jumped, something she had now done several times.

name: magna octus faction: dauntless roleplay sample: the wind is harsh, like bullets of air swiftly pelting my face and eyes as the van moves through the amity farmland. i've got my head out of the window, and i watch as the sun rises, casting an orange glow over the greenhouses. i smile and pat my friend's arm, then point towards it. her facial expression was worth the car trip. i look back at it, eyes flecked with tears from the wind, and finally close my eyes, leaning against the car seat as we slow down. a dauntless member yells, 'let's go, folks!' and i breath out through my nose. we had snuck onto the van, and i watch as the dauntless patrol group A114 exits the truck and jogs towards the wall. i look up at the pink sky, seeing the last few stars twinkling and fading away. i'm so glad i left candor. so, so glad.
